How much does Arcamus cost?

Starter is £99 per month for up to 3 users. Arcamus will pay for itself many times over within your first year, through deals won, a target validated, or weeks of analyst work saved.

Can I see Arcamus before I buy?

Yes — book a demo and we'll walk you through your specific market in 20 minutes, using real data on your competitors, your buyers, and your sectors. Most prospects sign up after the demo because they've seen what's relevant to them, not a generic product tour.

Is there a minimum contract term?

The minimum is twelve months, but most customers commit annually because that's where the value compounds. The longer you're with us, the sharper the picture — accumulated intelligence, custom watchlists, integrations into your workflow.

Do you offer monthly plans?

Pay monthly for flexibility, or annually for a discount.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — Starter includes a 14-day free trial. You'll get full access to UK and Ireland public sector spend data so you can see what's in there before committing.

Can we upgrade or downgrade during our contract?

Yes — at any point. You can move from Starter to Professional, or Professional to Enterprise, mid-term. We'll just adjust your pricing on a pro-rated basis from the upgrade date.

What happens at renewal?

Annual subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months. Any price change is communicated 30 days before renewal, and you can switch plans, scale users, or cancel at that point with no penalty.
